This adaptive reuse and historic preservation project transforms the landmark bank building into a refined destination that blends architectural heritage with modern luxury.

 

Upon completion, The Teller will feature 149 elegantly appointed guest rooms, two versatile meeting spaces, a state-of-the-art fitness center, two rooftop decks, and an exclusive private lounge.
